Biography Chantal Cusson Savard

Chantal Cusson Savard was born in Quebec (Canada). She lived between 7 years old and 12 years old in Africa. She learnt Circus in Quebec with masters works at the “École National de Cirque de Montréal” and at the “Cirque du Soleil” (Victor Fomine, Yuri Boziam) and with the Britnez Spears Circus (Micheal Lamphear). She took also many classes with Francine Côté, Samuel Alvarez and Annick Taillon. She studied Fine Arts at “Cégep du Vieux Montréal” and professional make-up at “Studio Makijaz” with a Golden distinction. Chantal combines her passions by realizing the dye of her costumes and the make-ups of her characters.

ChanteRose arose from the desire to leave behind her touch of colour behind and to meet different people from around the world. ChanteRose creates a variety of unique artistic performances, paintings, sculptures and characters. She performs two aerials circus acts and many street animation characters perfect for any event. To date, Chantal has performed as an aerial circus artist, public entertainer and make-up artist at the Tohu, Montreal Jazz Festival and Percussions International Festival.
